Come in and get a bit muddy and meet some awesome people no pottery experience necessary! Our Intro To Pottery Class is a 5 week class every Sunday from 2pm - 4pm starting Sunday March 31. This beginners course is an amazing opportunity to dive right into pottery and in just 5 weeks you will learn the fundamentals of throwing on the pottery wheel and hand building and have a ton of fun doing it. You will make things like mugs, bowls, soap dishes, plates, french butter keepers, planters, spoon rests and many more. We will even teach you how to glaze your own pieces! When you have finished this 5 week class you will be eligible to get a studio membership and come to the studio for drop-in sessions during the week where you can work independently to create your pottery pieces.
Pottery can get pretty messy so wear clothes that you don't mind getting dirty and bring a towel with you as well or an apron if you have one.
This is an introductory price for this amazing class and it INCLUDES your Pottery Studio Orientation so you save another $50 as well. A 22lb bag of clay is included. Get signed up for this class it will be the most fun you will ever have and you will take away awesome functional pottery that you create in the studio!
If you miss a class you can make that class up by booking a Missed Class Make Up Spot for $65 as long as space is available.
There is no refund for workshops or classes if you cannot attend the class or workshop you signed up for you must find someone to take your place.
We are rural and face frequent power outages in windy conditions. If the power goes out or the instructor has to cancel the workshop for any reason another date will be scheduled no refunds are given.
